If you sign up for trial membership, you have chance to pick 1 movie for stream/download of your choice.
Once you unlock your movie, you have to wait until your membership is converted into full membership (usually in 2 days) OR you can do that instantly by using a button in navigation pane.
Once you are full member, there are no limitations in speed or amount of updates you can watch.
